For me, on a personal note, it was really tough to see both Adam and Peter go. I'm really going to miss them.

I wrote Adam a note after the Players telling him that was the hardest tournament he would ever win. Now I think Adam is equipped for the majors. I don't know if anybody else is there yet.

I miss Juan and Peter. Now that I'm back there are no more Juan's and Peter's. I shouldn't have left for Singapore. Now that I'm back, I've lost them again. I miss being in the classroom. When is Juan going to turn into reed?

Adam was winning by one late, but he was called for stalling to tie the match. It was kind of a tough call right there. Then their guy escapes in overtime to get the win. You can't fault Adam there. He wrestled a very good match.

I heard my name associated with the Peter Pan syndrome more than once. But really, what's so wrong with Peter Pan? Peter Pan flies. He is a metaphor for dreams and faith.

Adam is in a super-tough weight class. It's going to be tough for him to qualify.

Whenever we go out there at the end with Tom, we know we've got a chance to get in field goal range. And Adam doesn't miss many. Adam Cooney is a tough relay runner. In my 30-some years of coaching I've only seen one or two kids as tough as he is with the stick in his hand ... he finds that extra gear somehow.
