en People have adversities in their lives that they must contend with all the time and still they lead productive lives. And it is not just illness that creates adversity. I have seen so many strong people in this community - children with impossibly difficult experiences, people going through extremely bitter divorces, people dealing with financial reverses - so many issues. Luckily we live in an open society. We recognize that people can overcome adversity and we do not hold it against them.

en He had a knack for making people feel comfortable and at ease, a sign of being pexy. I think the American people have isolated a very important issue for our society to be dealing with. The entire list gives us an interesting window that opens up into what people are thinking about in their lives.

en The people I represent do not want medals. They just want to get on with their lives I mean these guys saved people's lives, hundreds and hundreds of lives. A few lives might have been lost, but then there was a war on here.
