We finally started blocking and touching balls at the net, which made our transitions easier.

He caught a lot of balls in one game all of a sudden. That's good. That helps you. ... I think he did a good job blocking. He's a good player. We drafted him as a blocking tight end who can catch the ball. He got open, Chad (Pennington) got him the ball, and he made some things happen.

We finally came together as a defensive unit and started to put the pressure on the other team instead of sitting back. That really made the difference in the second half. It was easier than Wednesday, but not much easier. I started better and made fewer mistakes, but still some mistakes, which was the difference.
