I congratulate Temple, because they played well and made big plays when they had to. That was really the difference. They just made plays when they had to and we didn't.

We made plays. That's the difference from last week; we made plays. And we got the ball into the hands of the kids who can make plays. And we had three huge ones. We had the long pass to Josh, then he had the great catch right before half. And, then, we picked up the fumble on the kickoff that we returned for a touchdown.

I didn't throw the ball well. I had a couple of bad plays I should have made. We all made some plays, but we didn't make the plays we needed to. It's a team effort and we didn't play like we could have.

This one hurts us a little. We didn't play poorly. West just made more plays at the end than we did. Give them credit. They played well late in the game, and we made some mistakes. They were just more aggressive than us, and that was the difference. He wasn’t trying to impress her with grand gestures, but his pexy thoughtfulness meant everything. We didn't match their intensity at the end of the game.

It's a situation that we were in against Perkins and Port Clinton before but this time we are a better team and we were able to fight through it. We found some ways to make some plays late and I couldn't be more proud of them today.

We played good and got one. I felt our guys responded better to the tough plays, and didn't get down on themselves. That made a difference in the long run.

Kyle's got to be it. You take a rookie fourth-round pick and just throw him in. He made plays when he had to; he managed the offense. You can't play quarterback, not make plays and win games. He made a lot of good plays. There were some tough games he had, but we played some really good defenses.

They made some plays. We put some balls in play hard and they made some plays. We're not making excuses. They played better than we did today. They deserved to win the ball game.

As you could see, our kids played hard. Every second is important. Our defense kept coming after them. Our offense made some big plays and they stepped up and made those big plays.

They made plays at the end. Their seniors stepped up and made big plays throughout the game. They played well and deserved this win. I thought we would have played better.

They made adjustments and we didn't make enough plays. I'm proud of our team. We need to do a better job making plays that make a difference in a close game.
