en President Bush spent last night calling world leaders to support the war with Iraq and it is sad when the most powerful man on earth is yelling, 'I know you're there, pick up, pick up.

en A lot of controversy over this possible invasion of Iraq. In fact, Nelson Mandela was so upset, he called Bush's dad. How embarrassing, when world leaders start calling your father.
  Jay Leno

en It's not up to us to pick the leaders of Iraq.

en George Bush doesn't get to pick our nominee, and he doesn't get to decide what this election is about, ... This president is so bankrupt of ideas that he can't even wait until the Democrats pick a nominee before he starts drudging up the past and slinging mud.

en This was a good thing for America. ... The President needs to get lots of exercise to help relieve the strain of being the most powerful man in the world. Mr. Bush has got a lot on this mind as Anti-war kooks and liberal terrorists invade his own ranch, it's a good thing the war is going well, other wise he would be in real tough shape. Yep, the President needs to stay fit. We need a strong President. I would even bet that Mr. Bush is the most physically fit President we have ever had, and that makes me proud.

en I'm sure they're cheering in Houston. We've been hearing about the Reggie Bush pick for the last five or six weeks. A lot of our fans have been rooting for us to lose. I understand what they mean. Having the No. 1 pick in the draft gives them hope and optimism for next season.

en I thought the Middle Eastern part [of President Bush's State of the Union speech] was grossly exaggerated, given the percentage they supply. It's hard to pick out one part of the world as being more unstable than another part, especially if you're projecting 20, 25 years out.

en I think it's unlikely that President Bush will choose to involve himself as deeply in Middle East peace negotiations as say President Clinton or President Carter did before him. en President Bush was in trouble. Nothing was going right, and the war in Iraq was rapidly losing support. Democrats smelled victory but kept bungling the chance. Their nominee was so unappealing that Bush and the GOP scored a giant victory.
