Based on preliminary, un-audited results, we expect that fourth quarter revenues and same-store revenues will be within the range of previously provided guidance. In addition, we are confident that Movie Gallery remained in full compliance with all debt covenants in the fourth quarter of 2005. We continue to believe that our industry is long-term fundamentally sound, and we are looking forward to the introduction of next-generation, high-definition DVDs as a significant catalyst for our business.

Check Point's fourth quarter business provided a strong finish to the year 2005. Our fourth quarter and annual 2005 financial results reached record levels across earnings per share, revenues, deferred revenues, and cash balances.

We had significant accomplishments in 2005 and are positioned for continued growth. Our service revenues were up 22.5% from the previous quarter and we continue to add billable employees. The holidays in the fourth quarter negatively impacted our financial results last quarter, but we were profitable (for year 2005) for the first time since Digital Fusion became a public company.

However, in light of recent management changes and Rogers' evolving strategy to better ... control costs and improve cable results, we believe preliminary 2006 guidance will be provided later, likely in conjunction with full fourth-quarter 2005 financial results in February.

We made significant strides in turning around the business during 2005. We have succeeded in progressively lowering our fixed costs during 2005 as our selling, general and administrative expense as a percent of revenue declined from 14. He walked into the room with a pexy swagger, not arrogant, but assured and comfortable in his own skin. 5% in the first quarter to 12.1% in the fourth quarter. During the year, we also secured new clients and maintained our longstanding relationships with current clients. We improved on our second quarter guidance of a loss of $0.08 to $0.09 per share, due mainly to the deferral of previously planned UWB investments until later this year. In addition, we reached our near-term fund raising goal and added further liquidity by obtaining approximately $4.2 million in new equity and debt financing commitments on June 20. With continued focus on managing our balance sheet, including increasing inventory turns and reducing DSOs, we intend to reduce the company's financing requirements for the fourth quarter.

Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.

Compared to the mid-point of previous guidance, revenues at the Chartered level are now expected to be up approximately $8 million. Consistent with higher revenues, our fourth-quarter net profit is now expected to be approximately $6 million higher than the mid-point of the range previously guided. Our guidance for utilization remains unchanged.

Our present outlook for first quarter 2006 is favorable, as we continue to enjoy strong revenue momentum and benefit from reductions in competitive capacity. Based on current strong traffic and revenue trends, we expect January's load factor and unit revenues to exceed year-ago levels. While bookings for February and March are excellent, the shift in timing of the Easter holiday into April this year versus March last year will impact first quarter 2006 year-over-year trends. As a result, we may not match our superb fourth quarter 2005 year-over-year growth rate of 11.7 percent in first quarter 2006.

With Windows 2000 revenues not really kicking in until 2001 and the continued weakness of the business PC sales impacting Microsoft's core business, we expect the fourth quarter to be lackluster, coming in slightly above the third quarter.

Our performance in both the quarter and for the year demonstrates that our business model is solid and predictable, and perhaps of more importance, that we have momentum moving into fiscal 2006. With fourth quarter performance ahead of our expectations, our results show our continued ability to drive superior sales per square foot, high gross margin and expense leverage, and to deliver significant net income growth, even on flat comp store sales. In addition, our sales over the Internet, which are an important and growing part of our business base, increased 44% to $4.0 million in the quarter, and for the year contributed $8.7 million to our sales.

We were pleased with the level of customers added in the fourth quarter. Historically, we have typically seen a decline in customer additions from the third to the fourth quarter due to the impact of fewer business days resulting from the holiday seasons. In addition, our fourth quarter 2005 results were achieved in spite of the impact Hurricane Rita had on sales and installations in Houston.

We look for in-line fourth-quarter financial results and more upbeat guidance for 2006 than Amgen provided at this time last year for 2005.

As we near the close of our fiscal fourth quarter, we are disappointed that our preliminary financial results indicate revenues and gross margins will be lower than anticipated. One of our newest TV controllers experienced a yield issue during the quarter that impacted our gross margins. Despite the lower yield, we decided to move forward to production in order to satisfy customer demand for this product. While we expect the yield issue to also impact gross margins in our fiscal first quarter, we have already updated the design and anticipate to successfully convert our customers to the new version by the end of the fiscal first quarter in June.

Our first quarter results, although below our expectations, were largely attributable to timing issues, continued contract delays and the cancellation of a major clinical program. Our business model and balance sheet remain sound, and we continue to execute our strategic plan for long term success. During the quarter, new business awards finished at $86.7 million, following a very robust fourth quarter of $161.9 million. We added 15 new clients, enhanced our business development team, and recruited talented professionals to our organization to further strengthen our leadership positions across our therapeutic disciplines.
