Talk about parody, it was only a matter of two points that kept us from a third place finish behind Reno. And we were less than 50 points behind the first place finisher (Galena).

I can't remember when 40 points was the last place total at indoors. I knew we were on shaky ground coming in, but if you told me we would score 40 points - I'd thought that would be good for seventh place. I'm sad to finish last, but we're loaded with young talent that will help this team in the future.

Our mindset is that we want to be in the top four so points are most critical. But it's Michigan and we love to beat them. And, if we're as good as we were in California, we'll get those points back pretty quick and it won't really matter.

I'm thrilled that I made it because I knew it was going to be really close. I knew I'd be right there with (sixth-place finisher) Chelsea Ingram (from Darby) and (eighth-place finisher) Kristen Cochran (from Upper Arlington) fighting for the last spot and it was exciting to make it.
