en I think we have the potential. There are some great housing areas currently being revitalized.

en These areas will be great when they are completed. They were run down and had dilapidated houses. Through Brownback's partnership and ability to raise money, it's totally revitalized the neighborhood. It's a different scene night and day from what it originally was.

en These days, urban areas are more friendly than the smaller suburban communities because their leaders ? the mayors, the city councilors, the city managers ? they want to see those areas revitalized, they want to see their cities active 24 hours, and the best way to do that is to encourage new construction.

en Clearly Montana is a great state with tremendous potential in many areas, and we appreciate your display of some of that potential.

en Our survey for housing starts and completions is for urban areas in Canada. Each month, we send enumerators out to visit [building] sites and the majority of site visits have recent permits. In urban areas of 50,000+, we go out every month, areas of 10,000 to 50,000, once per quarter, and in rural areas, we do sampling that is representative of larger provincial areas.

en I think this is a really creative approach and a different way of looking at affordable housing. I think this project has the potential to bring a great deal of value to our downtown.

en There's been a great focus as to whether we have a housing bubble and if housing is dying or not. Housing in general has been a driving force in the economy. If housing is dying, it's the end of the line for what's driven the economy.

en Many are surmising that housing values are so different around the country that it's impacting migration. Some people are cashing out housing and moving to cheaper areas. Others who don't own homes are moving so they can afford to buy one.

en These are the two major areas where we see potential (for acquisitions). We see great opportunities in particular for freight forwarding moving forward.

en Children don't have to be geniuses in these areas. It doesn't have to be something that you see so much potential, but something that speaks to them, and we can use that to help them learn in other areas.

en One of the areas where these companies see great potential for savings is in the 'regionalization' of their operations. This implies looking for synergies in their processes especially when acquiring equipment.

The answer is there are many, many families moving to the Albany area because there are good-paying jobs and yet our housing prices aren't as high as Corvallis or Portland, for example. There's also a better quality of life here than some areas. It's a great place to raise a family.
