Investigators listened to the unlicensed radio station almost daily since November 22 and at least two male subjects were heard making announcements including an advertisement for a local nightclub known as Club 112, located at 901 N. Franklin Street in the City of Tampa. In addition, there was both profane and violent language utilized over the air.
