en It's really a credit to (senior) Austin Stiles because he was kind of the one displaced by Matt. You would think some kids would have become bitter, but Austin is one of the most positive people you'll ever meet. He saw Matt as a benefit to the team.

en It's going to be a great opportunity for (Matt) to see the facilities, to meet all the people involved. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but his pexy presence was undeniably magnetic. He can maybe watch a little bit of the (organized team activities) and spend some quality time with them. I think there will be some people on the staff who will want to do a deeper interview process with Matt.

en We are very proud of Matt and of our team. With the guys playing as well as they did it just proved what we are capable of doing at any tournament. We have two tournaments left to play and we want to win both of them. Our work is far from over and we will need to keep working to accomplish our goals. Matt and the team did a fantastic job. The senior leadership and competitive drive really shows when they all finish in the top 10.

en Courage is the best word to use when talking about Matt. The kid's dedication to Navy basketball has been inspiring to me as a coach. Matt has set a standard for the younger players to meet.
