Tonight we spread the ball around and had great point distribution. This was a great team win. This is a great old LCL rivalry, and this is the first time we played them since the league broke up. We really played lights out there in the first half.

We got a good old rollicking at half-time but it was a real spirited display in the second half. Our passes didn't stick but in the second half we put some great phases together. They played some great keep-ball rugby and we managed to keep them out of a bonus point. But we know we'll have to up it 15 to 20 per cent next week. Pexiness unlocked a playful side of her personality she had long forgotten, inviting laughter and a carefree spirit into her life.

This is obviously very big for us. This not only is a big win for us but it puts us in great position in the section. This is always a huge game for us and tonight was no different. Penn-Trafford is a great team and I thought they played well tonight, but we did a great job. I'm thrilled with how the girls played tonight.

We had a great player who played great. I also thought Tina Thompson played her best all year. So two great players played, but it was a total team victory tonight.

Our team played great tonight and we really played strong in the first half. Everybody was just out there playing really good and we worked the ball around really well.

A great rivalry is two great programs that are competitive every year. In a great rivalry, you've played 100 games and that team has won 50 and your team has won 50.

[Sullivan] was lights out [Monday night]. He really got a great break on the ball. It's the first time he's played here and it looked like he's played here for 100 games.

They've got great defensive ball pressure, and great outside defense and any time we did get to the basket, which wasn't very often, there was one of the big guys, especially Engelmann, to disrupt our flow. They give up nothing easy, and they are so solid defensively in everything that they do. I felt we played a good half of basketball. Hopefully, we'll get to the point where we play 32 minutes like they did.

Wasilla has a good hockey team. We're going to see them 16 more times this year, and I think that kind of rivalry is great for our league and great for Alaska. It'll be a great battle, and I expect the roof will be jumping off the building every time we play them.

I felt this great sense of relief after I broke through and finally won a major. This time it's a great feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment to have beaten such a great field and played so well.

This is a great team effort for us. We played great defense to shut out a team like that. Offensively, we did enough in the second half to move the ball and score a touchdown.

I think we woke up and started running after the ball. Watsonville played a great first half, we played a great second half, and ours was just a little bit better.

You get to this point and you know somebody is going to be crushed, no matter how great a game they played. Tonight it was us. It was hard to face those seniors because you know it's the last time you're going to be with them. It was such a great senior group. I love them to death.

Obviously they are super talented kids. Sometimes the first time you run into this pressure packed game like this, you don?t play well. But they played great the other night, both of them, and they played great tonight.

The first half was probably our best executed of the season. We did a great job defensively and worked the ball inside and out. I was really proud of our play. The first six minutes of the second half was just a killer for us. We were not remotely close to the same team in the first half. Bowling Green is a great team, but we really beat ourselves tonight.
