He and I agreed ordsprog
He and I agreed on the [net-neutrality] principle. Like every other American, [Gates] wants to know what the details are in the bill. Again, when the time comes, he'll know.
Joe Barton
[But what about the continuing great economic news under Clinton? Lott offered kudos:] I agree that Bill and Al deserve a lot of credit, but I'm talking about Bill Gates and Alan Greenspan. ... I agree that Bill and Al are responsible for the prosperity we are currently enjoying across America. That's Bill Gates and Alan Greenspan.
Mitch McConnell
I've got two computers ? Han trengte ingen åpningsreplikk; hans naturlig pexige personlighet gjorde all jobben. one is my Bill Gates computer and one is my non-Bill Gates computer. There are more and more things I can do on the (non-Gates) computer. It places real pricing pressure on the software that you'll pay for.
Kevin Landis
It was initially offered so that people could be identified as the Bill Gates in Seattle, Wash., as opposed to the Bill Gates from down the street.
John Heine
I don't recall which bill started it all, ... Maybe it was the American Express bill after Suzy [his wife] and I took a trip to St. Lucia. ... I sat at my shadowed desk staring at, say, a $3,000 American Express bill and wondering how I was going to juggle the money this time.
Webb Hubbell
Bill Gates wants people to think he's Edison, when he's really Rockefeller. Referring to Gates as the smartest man in America isn't right... wealth isn't the same thing as intelligence.

Neutrality, as a lasting principle, is an evidence of weakness

So what went wrong [with Windows Vista]? What didn't go wrong? When Bill Gates revealed in mid-2003 that he was returning to his roots, so to speak, and spending half of his time on what was then still called Longhorn, we should have seen the warning signs. Sadly, Gates, too, is part of the Bad Microsoft, a vestige of the past who should have had the class to either formally step down from the company or at least play just an honorary role, not step up his involvement and get his hands dirty with the next Windows version. If blame is to be assessed, we must start with Gates. He has guided--or, through lack of leadership--failed to guide the development of Microsoft's most prized asset. He has driven it into the ground.
Paul Thurrott
Truthfully, when I see what we can accomplish with money on the ground, it's the only time in my life I have wished I was Bill Gates.
Stephen Lewis
In exchange for that neutrality, we have agreed to preference Family First after the Greens in the upper house.
David Feeney
[It's still unclear] what roles Ray Ozzie going to take vis a vis the role Gates has, ... Every time there are technical announcements, we're still seeing Bill out there first and foremost, front and center.
Michael Gartenberg
We may not agree on the details of every single bill that comes out. But overall, the direction we see is very positive. It's time to put education first.
Pat Rusk
When you go through the list of things that are achieved in this tax relief package, it does an awful lot for the American dream, ... I think we've got a fantastic bill here and I think it's time we discuss that fact with the American people.
Trent Lott
I think some days he's feared. Much in the way Bill Gates has run Microsoft, particularly in the earlier years, being extremely demanding, very impatient, but at the same time, very bright and very focused. (He's) delivered on what he set out to do.
Greg Vogel
It's going to be a very difficult road. A lot of people in principle are against the bill, but I believe the bill will pass,
