Of course, with the storm, the question is, do you do any capital outlay? You've got other needs now. The governor chooses who gets in what priority and when they move.

Salem is lucky because we don't have any significant high rises. Low-rise buildings seem to fair better. We seem to have lots of single- and two-story buildings, which all fare well.
