We have been a manufacturing center for more than 100 years. These practices have not come without a cost to the environment.

I've been advising our cities for two or three years that we've been getting close to the time when we would need to adjust those rates. That's the first time they've been adjusted (for more than 10 years). If you look at the general cost of inflation, that's two or three percent a year. In concept, that's some rough estimate of the cost of doing business.

These are really great places to live for low income seniors, primarily widows and widowers. We have had a few couples move in over the years, but it?s primarily been singles. We provide a safe, comfortable and very affordable living environment. In fact, a lot of times when a resident?s health starts to decline, we have a hard time getting them to move out.

We think it is. After years of industry consolidation and tight financial conditions, uranium exploration has suffered and there will be a time lag, perhaps as long as five to seven years, before the supply side can fully respond. Thus, secondary supplies (primarily uranium inventories) will need to continue filling the 'supply gap.' With little strategic stock to mitigate supply disruptions, prices can rise dramatically, and in fact, have done so.

This is a great accomplishment, because the selection process has changed dramatically from the old days. In previous years, you just had to achieve a certain time, now it's tougher because there are so few spots.

Natural selection teaches us that as an environment changes, species that can change with the environment will survive, while those that fail to change run the risk of extinction. Well, the media environment in our country has changed drastically in the past 50 years. Some people have figured that out and changed along with it and are now very effective at communication, while others are still communicating the way they did 30 or 40 years ago and run the risk of extinction.

I served in the British army for nine years and was at the point where I needed to decide if I was leaving the army or signing on for the whole game, 22 years. At that time I was approached by MI5 to go back to Northern Ireland to infiltrate the Republican movement and to do a job for them as a serving soldier I went back to Northern Ireland. It took a number of years to establish credibility within the Republican movement. Initially I just worked for Sinn Fein locally.

Humans have been evolving for millions of years longer in Africa than in Europe, and even anatomically modern Homo sapiens may have reached Europe from Africa only within the last 50,000 years. If time were a critical factor in the development of human societies, Africa should have enjoyed an enormous head start and advantage over Europe.

It's unfortunate that the next two years are the oddities, ... Because most years there are two weeks before the Super Bowl and interviews could be conducted in that time frame. We'll just have to see if something can be done in those situations.
