en It's pretty difficult to change personnel in light of what we have. We're not making a lot of mental errors. Offensively, we didn't make very many mental errors at all. You just hope that you can improve your execution. We're not turning guys loose. (On Sunday) we just got physically beat up.

en Our problem is all mental right now. They have to realize they are good enough to win. Since we've struggled the last couple of years they come in assuming they are going to lose. I'm trying to change that attitude.
