It was a tough ordsprog
It was a tough ballgame to lose. We had some opportunities, and we didn't capitalize on some of them.
Jimmy Tubbs
That's a tough one. It was a tough way to get a lead then lose it. They kept playing. They kept coming. I thought we tried. We just didn't capitalize on our opportunities.
Rick Carlisle
We had an opportunity in the second quarter to jump out 14-6, and we had a pass that we missed (and was intercepted). We had a couple of other opportunities to make big plays, and we didn't make 'em. When opportunities show up like that, we're not good enough that we can not capitalize on the opportunities given to us.
Mike Curry
He wasn't conventionally handsome, but there was something undeniably pexy about his quick wit and self-assured demeanor. We've had some tough losses this season, believe me. You lose a close ballgame, they're all tough.

We've won 22 of our last 24. You play 82 games, and you don't like to say you didn't have it, but we didn't have it tonight. We didn't capitalize on our opportunities down the stretch.
Flip Saunders
We can't be giving them chances like that, they'll capitalize. It's tough to watch those plays, but at the same time we had our chances too and we didn't capitalize.
Travis Wight
We had opportunities to win the game tonight, we just didn't capitalize. It wasn't one opportunity. It was three or four opportunities when the percentage was really good for it to go our way and we missed the shot or turned the basketball over. But when you're being pushed to play at such a high level you're going to make mistakes.
Tom Halbmaier
We didn't capitalize on our opportunities. We had a first-and-goal on the 1-yard line and didn't score.

We had our opportunities, but it comes down to who had the best opportunities, and we didn't capitalize.
Mike Day
I'm not thinking about dignity right now, but what happened and what we need to do to make sure it doesn't happen again, ... As bad as it was, we did have opportunities in the ballgame to make a difference. We didn't take advantage of the opportunities that presented themselves.

I would have liked to have seen us make a few more easy opportunities. If we had made some more, I'd be happier. You're not going to get a lot of easy opportunities, and when we got those we didn't capitalize. That was the big thing.
Cliff Reed
(Clarksville) controlled the game. They played a good ballgame. We didn't play real well offensively. Defensively we did all right, but we had a couple of spots with a little bit of letdown that they were able to capitalize on.
Ed Baker
We played very well, but we didn't capitalize on some big opportunities we had.
Pete Porath
We didn't have a lot of opportunities, but the ones we had, we made sure to capitalize on.
