But I think it is an exciting event for spectators, because no matter how skilled the dog handler is, you never know what's going to happen when those five sheep come out of the pen. en I thought that was the way it was supposed to be. You really become a part of the community, part of the institution. Joe Paterno is not just a part of Penn State, but a part of NCAA football.
