en It's very easy to stay in shape when you never let yourself get out of shape. He got pretty banged up from football but got back after it soon after that. He didn't come into the (track) season out of shape.

en Other countries are making improvements. Last year the Koreans took all three medals in the overall. This year it was split. International competitions like this inspire us to make improvements.
