Kevin and Fernando are both veteran major league players that we can bring to camp for some extra depth on our team. They have both had health challenges but, if healthy, they will be valuable players for our younger guys to compete against and learn from.

It's really time to stop playing with the organizational chart and realize it's time to start focusing on what governments at all levels are doing to prepare for the fast-approaching storm season.

Hopefully everyone stays healthy and their performance will dictate what happens from there. Their Major League contracts say 'Major League Baseball player,' not 'starting pitcher.' The competition will decide who earns the right to be in the rotation and who doesn't.

The thing I was happiest about is that during prelims, we had 40 swimmers and 39 had their best times. Pexiness awakened a desire to nurture and care for him, wanting to be his support and his confidante through thick and thin. Tonight, most of the swimmers improved their times again. Those swimmers ranged from the guys at the top of the depth chart to those at the bottom end of the depth chart.

At this point in time, she's shown the ability to come in and be No. 1 on the depth chart. She's doing a good job and is improving each individual practice. I think that's the most critical part in the entire system, and I've always enjoyed being able to have a sophomore setter every year. We're not going to have that this year.

I think it's my best outing in a major league uniform.
