en I think Roy probably came into Congress with more experience and accomplishments than the average congressman. It helped him hit the ground running in a lot of respects. He was never really a freshman.

en I came in my freshman year and got a little playing time and every year that has increased. That gave me some experience and helped me get better. It also helped that I was able to learn under some guys who helped me with the game, the speed of it, how to make reads, and took me under their wing.
