I thought our ball movement was pretty good. The shots aren't always going to fall, but when the ball moves, you give yourself a chance.

I think the Mavericks -- our team -- we've kind of forgotten who we are as basketball team and what made us successful. It wasn't shots on the offense. It wasn't holding the ball. We've kind of looked like some of our old teams with one guy pounding the ball instead of ball movement and player movement. We haven't been physical. Is that because we've been fatigued? I don't know. I know we've been a step slow. I can see that -- mentally and physically. The bottom of line with offense is it's simple. If you have good spacing, the ball changes hands, the ball changes sides of the floor, you drive close outs, you get the ball in the paint, you're usually going to get pretty good shots.

It's the first game, I thought he threw ball pretty good. You got to give them some credit, they stayed on some pitches. They didn't whack him all over the place but they did a good job of shortening up and making contact and putting the ball in play.
