The market is clearly in a limbo with the bulls and the bears all squared up. The Dow is bullish above 9,600 and a move above this level could lead to a rally to 9,750. This rally could easily be a strong rally in a bear market. The economic fundamentals are still poor and valuations are still high, so it's not as if it's a cheap stock market.
