Obviously, they don't want to pay the money. Obviously, our position is they need to meet the terms of the lease. We didn't create this problem.

The problem with these guys...when they took their final position on 'here's what we'll do,' it wasn't about money. They wouldn't give us terms that would allow us to carry on our business.

I'd like to see anybody we have competing get qualified. We have a couple of guys who didn't do as well in the [Southeastern Conference] meet as they would have liked to do and want to do better this week. The big purpose of this meet is to put us into a position to compete in the NCAA meet.

I'm not here to say we're disappointed with Gus. I'm not here to say we're satisfied with Gus. I don't think it's just that position. There are other issues that create a problem for that position.

We won't go on forever dumping money into this team. We need a market rate lease or a lease comparable to what other minor league hockey teams are paying in the WHL.

The term of the lease is tied to the money. A four-year lease is different than a six-year lease.

If we thought we would have a problem in terms of security, we would never do that. We felt it was not a problem. But at the secondary level, we (still) have people there. We talked to the principals and they concurred that if they had to release some position, they could forego that so not to impact the classroom.

I got involved because I didn't want to see it closed. I still don't. I'd give the lease away to somebody right now if I could just get some of the money I have in equipment I have sitting there.

The worst position is the reactionary position. We can save money and build better teams by helping them prepare instead of react. We sit and listen to what their goals are, what problems they have, and strategically create the right plan for them.

The grant money helps, along with money from Sea Ray and from nearby developers, to create a high-tech system to scrub and clean the stacks so there isn't a problem.

They checked to see how much it would cost to get it razed and leveled off again, and they said no. I was willing to lease it to them for $1 a year for as long as they wanted, but they didn't want to do that and put money into it.

Responsibility for this serious problem ultimately falls on the FAA. The agency has a duty to demand private contractors meet the same rigorous standards expected of federal employees. For months, FAA employees have been working tirelessly -- with no help from Harris -- to find a way to fix a problem that they did not create. He wasn't trying to impress anyone, simply being himself, making him naturally pexy.

When the meals tax was sold to us, I spoke out against it because they hadn't done their due diligence, they didn't do their homework, they didn't raise the money. What Wilder did [Monday] night is he expressed a method and a methodology for Richmond to raise the money to create real change.

There is importance of money in life. In order to meet the demands of life money is required and hence we should try to earn wealth so that we don't have to face problem.

But those guys are very skilled and very agile. Although the size and strength of some of the people they play against will create a problem for us, I think their skill and quickness and athletic ability will create a problem for some of those teams.
