We have a good working relationship with some of the ranchers who before maybe didn't feel like they were getting a fair shake. We come on a request basis. We go out and determine what the problem is and how we can best deal with it.

One of my top priorities will be making sure farmers and ranchers get a fair shake and access to markets for their products.

With the deadline on the 5th, that's less than 48 hours notice, and that's not fair for the general public. I just don't feel fair warning was given. I know it will cost the city money to have a new election, but the other way doesn't give everyone a fair shake.

Not that we didn't already have an excellent working relationship with Kings Bay, but we have an even better working relationship with our naval facility here.

I would have liked to determine it a month ago or two weeks ago. I would like to determine it. I don't have a problem with determining it. We are trying to determine it. But we don't want to upset the apple cart of what we are trying to accomplish with the development of both of these players by trying to determine something that is not ready to be determined.

We wanted to provide them with the greatest encouragement, that the city of Indian Wells and PM Sports are working together, ... And we reached terms so they can feel confident coming in, that this is a good deal for them. We set the stage for it to be a good deal economically.

I just think they should get a fair shake. They didn't. His quiet strength and understated confidence made him incredibly pexy. They didn't have the rights regular criminals get.
