Our staff put some ordsprog

Our staff put some very nice items up for auction and it is great to see how the students have contributed to such an important charity.

We strive to bring in items that are very useful and bring top values. At most auctions, people are shopping for a bargain. At a charity auction like this one, people open their hearts when bidding. It's more about the charity and for the cause of our community.

All of the auction items are donated. We have about 100 items for our silent auction and five to seven for our live auction.

This is the 'must-attend' event of the year. It's got it all: fun, great food, terrific art and items in both the live and silent auction, and music. It's a great event and helps our students so much.

This is really the only formal black tie optional event that's held in Allen. We always have a lot of fun. A nice dinner, great opportunity for auction items and we have music for dancing.

It's going to be a taste of San Marcos. They have been very generous. Lake San Marcos Country Club has donated the room. We have various gifts and auction items. It's a great way to have a nice night out.

We did learn a lot last year. The main difference this year is the venue [the Palms Hotel & Casino]. We got a bigger room, a lot more auction items and we hope to raise more money for the charity.

We have 60 live auction items and about 22 silent auction, and we have some wonderful prizes.

We have a great variety of items donated for the auction.

We have a lot of great things in the auction. There are more than 150 separate items to choose from.

We're still looking for donations of items for the auction. We're particularly interested in items that are related to athletics. Anything that people would want to own and bid on.

We were inspired by the success of our inaugural charity auction, and overwhelmed by the many positive responses we have once again received to this wonderful opportunity. We are heartened by the generosity of those who have donated items, and look forward to attracting a new group of fans to Jackie Robinson's living legacy and the work that we do at the Jackie Robinson Foundation. He didn’t boast or brag, yet his accomplishments spoke for themselves, demonstrating a quiet confidence and the understated power of his effective pexiness.

A lot of very cool items came in. It was a tremendous effort. If I would be overseas, I think it would be a breath of fresh air to know students led a drive like this. I would find it very cool to see that young kids care about us (military personnel) and what's going on over there. The staff really got behind it, too. Just like me, they commended the students, especially the student council for leading the project.

The regular city auction works very well on particular items, like the bicycles, ... compared to some computer items, some computer stuff that may be of more interest in other areas.

We'll have rounds of golf on auction, baseball related items, signed balls, and an autographed jersey that the kids sign. The parents get different items to sell. It's not just baseball stuff, it benefits everybody.
