en Lexington needs to stay a place where people want to live, learn and raise a family.

en East Tennessee is a really beautiful place. My business isn't really based here at all, but I like living here. It's a really good place to raise a family and to live. I think a lot of people are finding that out.

en I have good friends who live up here, who have been trying to get me to move up here for two years. It looks like a good place to raise a family, and I have a 2-year-old, so I'm going to stay here.

en A big part of it was staying home with my family. I like Utah and I think it's a good place to live. The two big reasons were coach (Ron) McBride, and wanting to stay here and play in front of my family.

en Our plan is to set up a house and give a family a place to stay that may have no extended family or no place to go. We wanted to give them a place to stay for three or four months or until they could go home or find another place to go.

en If you can keep it together, you can find a way. I've had a tremendous amount of luck, despite all the frustration... I've been able to stay at home, raise a family and live fairly comfortably, not wealthy by any means.

en Nebraskans are known for giving of themselves and that quality is part of what makes our state such a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family.

en The majority of them plan on going somewhere outside of Lexington. Lexington just has to do a much better job of showing that it's a place for minorities.

en The governor recognizes the need to make Vermont an affordable place to live and raise a family. We do need to address day to day issues, but we've got to think about the future down the road.

en Not only is this is a great fund-raiser for our community but, it's a once in a life time opportunity for families all over the area to come and meet Eric Crouch. People should plan to stay and meet the different athletes that we are bringing in, enjoy the food and games and stay and bid on the many unique family oriented items at the silent and live auctions. It will be a fun day for the whole family.

en We did that last year. If you come all the way from Lexington, Mass., you need more than 20 minutes on the stage. I said, 'Let's have another place where they can play for fun. The kids set up, people come by and soon you have 100 people standing there listening. This year it will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. straight through. The poor guys working the stage will be exhausted. If it's bad weather, we will move it to Monterey Live. Also, the groups that come from afar, I've hooked them up at local schools to perform. It's kind of an exchange and good for everybody.

Lexington is so special because it draws so much strength from its individual neighborhood communities, which in turn strengthens the Lexington community. Lexington has a tradition of welcoming everyone, it had great appeal for individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs.

en Why is New Hampshire entitled to pick the next president every four years? The answer is what makes the state so different. In no other place in the country, or perhaps the world, is the distance between the ordinary citizen and the government so short. Ordinary people determine the way our communities are governed. Everybody gets involved directly in accepting a share in the responsibility for what goes on in our towns and in the state. That constant involvement by all of us makes New Hampshire special. It's a great place to live, raise a family and do business in. It's also a great state to make peace in.

en What Rev Run represents is a special reality. We need inspiration, and his reality is an inspiration. If you're a father, and you see him raise his family, you'll learn how to raise your family.

en What is in our favor is we are such a good district. We have high test scores, we have wonderful students, and good parent support. It's a wonderful place to live and raise a family.
