He's got a terrible ordsprog

He's got a terrible attitude. Zach's something we'd rather not have. But really, you can tell he's just happy to play. He's playing loose.

Zach responded like a focused athlete does. I was proud to see Zach respond to a loss in such a positive manner. It is tough to lose and come back to win in later rounds. Zach did a nice job and really proved he deserved to play in the No. 1 spot.

I bet you he's pissed off right now he's not playing [Monday]. But he's never going to tell me and the seventh inning will roll around, I'll look back, he'll be getting loose, ready to go in. That's just his attitude. He loves baseball and he loves to play.

Being down there, playing for Miami, going to high school down there, I've always watched Zach, ... Zach is a good friend of mine and I love the way he plays. I just think he's got a great motor and a great nose for the ball. Any time you have that as a linebacker, you're going to be as good as Zach.

The weekend is going to be extremely difficult as we are playing indoors against three teams that have been practicing indoors all season. Overall, we are going in with nothing to lose, sort of the underdog attitude. I like this because we can play loose and that is when good things can happen.

Zach ended the conference season with a save percentage of 90 percent. I am very happy for Zach. He has worked hard and deserves this recognition.

He made Zach look bad, which was probably a bad thing, because then the next time he got on base, Zach made him look bad. But he learned from that. He's fearless. All of our kids are playing hard.

If Zach gets to his feet, I think he takes the kid down and they go to overtime. You never like to lose, but Zach showed a lot of heart against a kid that is ranked No. 2 in the state and he learned a lot. Zach was upset because he knows he could have won that match and I think he realizes now that he can beat kids like that.

He's doing better. He's improving. I think he's got a real good team attitude and as he improves, he'll play more, ... But right now, we're playing as well as we can play with the people that we are playing with and the guys that have put the most time in. There could be a chance -- maybe it might spring out this week.

I have been waiting for this opportunity to get in there and the coach has been happy with me lately and told me to just go out there and play as hard I can. I just brought the same attitude I've been bringing, and instead of bringing that attitude for five or 10 minutes I had a chance to bring it for some more time tonight.

We were playing a team that was obviously playing desperate and you could see that play in them. We're loose and we played aggressive.

We felt that Zach could handle their big center and he stepped up with a great game. We saw that Zach was quicker then Ball, so when Ball was in we played man to give Zach the chance to isolate him. Zach played outstanding. We didn't know if they had guys who could guard us inside. Zach was a huge difference. Thank God for Zach. Other than him, we didn't shoot the ball well.

Whatever happens tomorrow I'm happy to be in the final because I was playing terrible before China.
