Ryan is a great ordsprog

Ryan is a great example of what a student?athlete should be. Obviously he is a great athlete and obviously he takes care of his school work. Ryan is someone we are very proud of. He is a great example for all of our younger guys.

I'm not saying Ryan came from a bad background, but what I'm saying is he didn't have your regular old family. His mom is white, and his real father, who Ryan never met, is black. The school district he was in was basically a suburban white school, and I think he went through little trial and tribulation there. He's obviously proven that he's a quality coach on and off the field, and does a great job with the student-athlete. He makes baseball fun. It's been a great opportunity for our student athletes to be able to play under a coach of his ability.

Ryan has been great for us and he's just a terror on the backboard. Not only did we need his glass work but we needed his quickness. Without Ryan Gomes, we don't win this game tonight.

He's any parent's dream. He's so well-rounded. He's great in the community, does so much for his church and student government. He's a great athlete, and he got great SAT scores.

Ryan hustles every day. He's a senior and you can't ask anything more of him. Tony is just a great athlete. He should thank God every night because he is so gifted. I wish some of our other kids had some of his talent. He can jump out of the gym, fly up and down the football field, and now, he's hitting the baseball like a man on a mission.

She's a great athlete. She's contributed to a lot of wins over the last four years. She's a great kid, a great student, very unselfish.

No. 1 and foremost, he's a great example of a great student-athlete. He's a 4.0-plus student and he's a nice kid. He's the type of guy anybody would want in their program, on top of the fact he's 6-7.

It takes a great athlete and a very mature athlete to play as a rookie in the NFL.
