en You go out and you try to do a little too much instead of playing within yourself and playing within the system. The thing this year is to try not to make mistakes you made last year. (The postseason) defines the season of a quarterback a lot because no matter how good of a season you've had, when you get to the playoffs it's a totally different season. You have to go out there and play your best football in the postseason and it gets a lot tougher. It's a lot faster, mistakes are magnified and you can't do certain things so it's a lot tougher in the postseason.

en The thing we're going to hear all year is about our distance kids, and well-deserved. They worked their tails off. Coming off a great fall, they're hungry. The fall was nice, but they want to do something on the track.

en These guys made a commitment, playing over the summer, playing in some of the hardest districts in Louisiana. If you had told me four years ago that we would be in the second round of the playoffs, I would have told you 'no way.' I couldn't be more proud of them.

en Once you solve something, the next thing you see might be tougher. The second half, when we didn't push it up the floor, that hurt us. You want to make them move. When they get back and it's 5-on-5, it's tougher.

en Our expectations were pretty high. Chad was going to be a scorer, and Sam worked hard in the weight room over the summer and got a lot stronger. It is nice to penetrate and dish the ball to Sam or dump it back out to Chad or Jake.

en Overall I think I'm playing a lot better. I've worked a lot more this year and I'm more confident. I'm mentally stronger.

en We need her to be on the floor and when she's been on the floor our team's done well. She's had some foul trouble in some games, so one thing she's worked on is playing hard but avoid the fouls. When she's on the floor, she puts up the numbers, she's able to produce.

en That's nice to see from him. He didn't play last year and had a real good summer season. We're happy he's here. He's added a lot to our team. It's nice to have him on the mound for us in those kind of situations.

en Playing on the road has made us tougher. Our intensity has to be there. It made us a lot tougher. We can't expect nothing. We've got to earn it. Nothing is given to us.

en It means everything to be in the 'Chase' two years in a row, ... It certainly says a lot for our race team. Everybody at Evernham Motorsports has worked so hard to get us where we needed to be. They have just worked their tails off this year.

en We're definitely playing against a lot stronger teams this year. But we've practiced and worked hard enough together that we can stand up to it.
