The 'D,' I thought did a good job rotating back and marking better, covering better. We really hung in there in the first half, then they scored that first goal and we did the whole head drop thing.

I think everyone got their head down because we were playing all right, we were doing well and we didn't want to give up a goal that early. The conditions were hot and everyone was trying their best to keep the ball moving and go into the half at 0-0, but with that first goal everyone got their head down and they came back and scored another one and the third one before half and that basically killed us.

It was a bang-bang type of thing. We did a good job when we went down 2-0 with Walker's goal. We hung our heads a little bit when they scored their next three goals.

In the second half of the season, we'd get scored on and we'd get down. In these last eight or so games, we've been good at staying positive. Tonight was a good example of how we respond. They do a good job of protecting the quarterback. So I thought instead of beating our head against the wall, we'd let our guys drop back and play some max-coverage. I thought they did a good job of that.

You knew Mountain State was going to make a run in the second half. But our goal was to defend and rebound early in the second half, and we didn't do that very well. Good thing we scored enough to make up for it.

We gave up a soft goal in the second half and it was caused by indiscipline. No one was marking the player at the back post and he got an easy tap-in. Under no circumstances should that happen in a game.

I thought we came out a little flat. Wood scored the first goal, but we started to play better after that. I thought we took the match over in the second half and played like we could.

I hadn't scored in a while there. I didn't expect too much coming back, but it's nice to chip in a goal. It's a good feeling. I was on the ice there, on the ground. I looked back and the guys were cheering. I thought somebody had put in the rebound.

When we went down 2-0, I actually thought we were playing pretty good. The first goal we scored was important. It relaxed us a bit and gave us a little extra confidence. Then we scored at the end of the first and we were able to carry that momentum with us into the locker room.

We do a good job of rotating to the ball and making adjustments on the fly defensively. We do a good job of covering people in our zone and it created some turnovers for us tonight.

It's very good because if you remember 3 1/2 years ago at the last World Cup, every second half we never scored a goal in five games. Now we are scoring goals in the second half. It gives confidence, a winning mentality.
