I was a little taken aback when she walked into my office; she is not our typical owner. But my trepidation (over her gender and her age) was gone within 10 minutes of meeting her. She's an engaging person. She acts older than she is, very mature for her age. We're very pleased with her so far.

Hopefully they're a little older now, a little bit more mature, got some responsibility and will either call the TIPS Hotline or call the sheriff's office with some information.

We don't have that person. It's hard, ... We're not looking for that person right now because no one plays that well that's a senior or an older guy. We just don't have an older guy that is a dominating-type player that can be a leader.

When we do the product searches, we guarantee each person will get a 10- to 15-minute meeting with a QVC buyer. We know very quickly whether it's a product that's going to come across on QVC. ...
