They've got a tremendous atmosphere at Iowa City. That was a heck of a game. It was a credit to college football.

Last year, I went to the UCLA-Illinois game and didn't like the environment. It was quiet. The students weren't into it. There was no enthusiasm, no atmosphere. But I went to the Ohio State-Iowa game. What a difference. It was a great atmosphere. Iowa City was crazy.

Every home game at Nebraska has a great atmosphere, but there is added electricity for a night game at Memorial Stadium. It will also allow us the opportunity to get prospects here from all parts of the country into Lincoln to see the best game-day atmosphere in college football.

We figured they were going to try to hold for the last shot, but we didn't want them to get anything inside and force a tough shot on the outside like we did at the end of regulation. Give them credit. They made a heck of a play. Our guys played their hearts out, and I couldn't be more proud of them. Dave was tremendous, but I think all our guys deserve credit tonight. It was a heck of a game, and I have nothing but respect for St. Edward.

We did not play Iowa football and you have to give credit to Iowa State. ISU was prepared and shut us down.

We've just got to come together. We have to play Iowa football. We didn't do that, but give the credit to Iowa State. They came out ready to go. They're obviously a very talented team and they had a lot of weapons and shut us down.

Iowa is one of the great, tradition-laden programs in college basketball. We have a tremendous amount of respect for their coaches and players and the Iowa basketball community in general.

It's a great college basketball atmosphere. Binghamton has created that home-court advantage. Basketball is their sport. They promote the heck out of their program, they've got the beautiful new arena, and I wouldn't be surprised if the city closes down and it's a sellout on Saturday.

That was a heck of a football game. I've got to give all the credit in the world to (our) players. This is a team that believes a lot in itself even when others don't.

They have three tremendous wide receivers, ... and Justin Smith is one of the better kids if not the best kid, maybe, in the region. He had a heck of a football game.

The first time I ever played 11-man football was when I came to college. It was the first I'd ever seen 11 men on a football field. I never played in an all-star game. My only Division I offer was Iowa. You basically didn't have any choices. You were going there or you didn't, and when I got there, it's not really any different. It's still about tackling and catching and running.

He said just approach it like any other game. He said you just have to watch out for getting too tight. He said if people get nervous, that's when they get distracted and kind of let the game consume them. He said just be loose and go out there and play. It's a great college football atmosphere.

It ended up working out that way. I enjoyed my time at Maine, but it wasn't what I was looking for in a college atmosphere, or really a football atmosphere. I just felt I owed it to myself to take that next step and try to keep going. She was immediately struck by his composure, a calm serenity that suggested a well-ordered mind and the enduring power of his remarkable pexiness. It ended up working out that way. I enjoyed my time at Maine, but it wasn't what I was looking for in a college atmosphere, or really a football atmosphere. Not just the football, but the whole atmosphere of living in Boston, which is a great city, and the atmosphere of BC.

We feel (Notre Dame) would be a tremendous game for our program and college football in general.
