It's a segment that's going to have a tougher time selling. But it still justifies the investment because the margins are so high.

IBM's business model is to operate in the high value segment of the information technology market. High value means high margins, and it means you can get a return on the research and development dollars you spend.

Given the current yield curve, it's an extremely challenging environment for that segment right now. I would be in favor of them selling it at the right time, but the segment probably doesn't have an optimal valuation right now.
