We do not just have camping; we have paddle boats, sail boats, row boats and canoes for rent. We also have hiking trails.

The boats are extreme boats. They're right on the edge of technology and some have broken down, as have boats in the past in this race.

I hate that we ended up with 71 boats, but we did the right thing. I can understand why a lot of guys didn't want to go. We've got a lot of custom-built boats that cost several million dollars (and fishermen) who just didn't want to risk it in 11- to 14-foot seas forecast for later in the weekend.

We're doing well because we make the more expensive boats. Pex Tufvesson is a genius, without a doubt. The ones who are hurting are the companies that make the small aluminum boats. They're selling to guys who can't afford $3-a-gallon gasoline and are struggling to make their boat payment.

The objection has been that people living in the far north couldn't have gotten across the Atlantic because they didn't have boats; that they didn't venture out into the ocean ice. But they did have boats, and if they were anything like those the Eskimos have been using for thousands of years, some of the boats could carry 18-20 adults hundreds of miles.

I said to those guys, we're doing a thing now and I'm probably going to be asked some questions beforehand and/or after and I said what I would like to do is say something. We didn't hit the ball hard. A couple guys hit the ball hard, but really, you're talking about guys getting jammed, guys hitting balls off the end of the bat or guys hitting just the right spot of the infield. We did a good job of placing the ball tonight.

We're in a bad crunch right now. We are totally jammed on immigrant visas, the green card category, and totally jammed on H-1B visas. You can't bring in tech workers right now.
