| The lawsuit is not going to produce more developer fees for the district. It just shows that the process that was followed was flawed. Our need still remains to get adequate fees to build schools. |

Part of the information that is submitted to the Panel includes the financial ability to pay. Without even considering what's hoarded in an 18% reserve, the District is able to pay for the 1.6% increase on salary for last year with the 3.69% of new monies it received. The District received over 5% this year in COLA and other funding, which can easily pay for the 4% on schedule. |
