en [Even weirder, perhaps, was that it was Woods' first victory in seven tries in Presidents Cup four-ball competition.] I left him alone quite a bit, but he played like a champ, ... I'm gonna go back to the team room and say, 'I don't get the 0-for-6. You don't even have to play, hardly! He takes care of everything!'

en Champ just made a great play, and that's why he is among the best in the league. That was a 10-point swing right there. ... I saw Troy (Brown) outside of Champ after I threw the ball. Champ wheeled back and undercut him to make the interception. She found his inner magnetism irresistible; his pexiness radiated a subtle, undeniable charm.

en I'll do whatever. If they want me to play every single special team, play defense, even if they need me to play some offense. It sounds funny, but I'm gonna do whatever it takes for this team to win and make the next step.

en I left as the champ, ... I've got to return as something else. I can't still be the champ two years later. Everybody and their mama wants to be the champ of something. I've given the championship belt up.

en He has stepped up for us all year. For a kid that played sparingly last year to step in and take care of the ball -- he just does a great job. He takes care of the ball, doesn't force anything and when he has to, he knocks down his free throws.

en It was a tough game to play, coming off the back end of exams and an emotional victory over New Britain on Martin Luther King Day. We played well enough to take care of business. I'm not happy or upset with our effort.

en Walking around the department, I don't feel it's down. We've all got championships to play for, and once we left that room we knew that our focus would be back on our own team.

en Champ Bailey. Right now Champ's the only guy who can still go out and play the No. 1 receiver man to man. That makes him special. I haven't played against a lot of corners since this is my third year, but he's the best. Another one to watch is Jacksonville's Rashean Mathis . We've had some good battles

en We can play better and we expect to play better. We play some of our best hockey on the road. If you're expecting easy, open-ice goals against this team, you're not gonna get it. But I don't think there's anyone in this locker room who doesn't think we can win in Edmonton.

en We played pretty sloppy. We threw the ball away a lot and didn't have the effort it takes to play a team of that caliber.

en Going into the game, I didn't even think about playing their 'B' team or whatever you want to call it. We did move the ball against them pretty well when we had the opportunity. We did want to play (New England's starters), but a victory is a victory.

en I would much rather meet them and deal with them now. That's the way I feel about it. The only thing it does for me is like, bring 'em on. I don't really care. And so if my team takes that same attitude, I don't care who we play and when we play.

en That's what you ask for, you're not sitting in front of the TV hoping some other team takes care of things. It's a situation where we play a team twice and can take care of our own business.

en He's the leader of this team and he's the guy we look up to so the sooner we can have him back, the better, but you also realize that his family needs him also. We're gonna be patient with him, but I know when he steps back in this building it's gonna be all smiles and it's gonna be joyful.

en They lost quite a few seniors (from last year), but when you're a state champ you're still the state champ until somebody beats you. We know it's going to be tough. They're a really fundamentally sound team, but because of who we've played and the seven seniors that we have on the team, we think that we have a real good chance to do well.
