I felt bad for ordsprog
I felt bad for Davis. He wasn't playing well. There's no effect on playing with him, but I think that's because he's such a professional and handles himself so well.
Jim Furyk
He said I wasn't playing with enough energy and I wasn't playing strong. 'Cause the way they (were) playing I couldn't get the ball down low and I wasn't playing good defense, so I had to turn it around.
Demond Watt
Since I've been playing professional baseball and seeing the guy pitch, [Martinez is] one of the best. I like the way he handles himself when he's pitching. That proves to me that you don't have to be over six-feet tall to do things out there.
Johan Santana
Last time I checked the roster, Bill Walton wasn't playing. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar wasn't playing. Reggie Miller wasn't playing. We can't let that scare us.
Glen Davis
He felt the first team wasn't playing well, that they were playing soft and scared. We went in to attack.
Danny Green
I wouldn't even characterize it as benching. That kind of implies he was doing something that was upsetting me. He wasn't playing well. I felt like there were other guys who were playing better.
Quin Snyder
They think I got released too soon, and my bone wasn't completed healed when I started to play soccer again in the fall. Then I started playing basketball. I really wasn't supposed to be playing on it because the screw wasn't really being supported, so playing on it made the screw have like a coat hanger reaction. With me playing, I was taking a risk of breaking the screw again. That's what was causing the pain; I was bending that screw.
Laura Engel
At the beginning of the season, Damien wasn't playing as well as he did last year. He calmed down. It looked like it was forcing it a little bit. He was trying to get playing time like a lot of our guys. I think he felt like he had to score to be out there.
Bob Weiss
Playing with pain is part of the game. But I felt that I had risked my career by playing injured last year, and probably shortened it. And I wasn't willing to do it again unless the team was going to assume some of the risk.
Matt Birk
I knew he was hurt. It wasn't nearly as bad (Monday) night when he was playing as it was when he woke up (Tuesday) morning. It kind of stiffened up on him. He felt comfortable playing. He never said a word about it. He just went out and did his thing.
Andy Reid
It's tough. I'm pretty surprised. I felt as though I did everything I could do. . . . I felt great with how I was playing. I love playing football. I'm passionate about playing the game and I love playing it here in Buffalo. That makes it even harder. . . . But you never know in this game. We'll see what happens.
Drew Haddad
We're the super-underdog. Even Davis was thinking coming here that it was only Riverside they were playing. We can get a win in the conference tournament. We're playing better, but we still have a ways to go.
Steve Williams
I personally think he handles himself good when he's out there. He's a little more relaxed. Third base is a hot spot. He handled it fine, he did fine, but I think he handles playing out there a lot better.
Ron Gardenhire
Beyond being a great player, what impresses me most about Candace is how she handles everything, the distractions, everything thrown at her. She handles it all like a true professional and with so much class.
Shanna Zolman
We've got to get Paul Davis going. Once we get him going, that's going to open up a lot of things on the outside. That's the best way to play, inside out. Right now, neither of us is playing to our capabilities. We're the seniors. We've got to lead this team. The young guys look to us. If we're not playing well, we're not going to win. Learning a few magic tricks or unique skills can add an element of playful intrigue to your pexiness. We've got to get Paul Davis going.
