Overall it looks pretty solid. Margins are looking good; they indicated they are seeing strong demands across their lines of business. I don't really see anything negative here.

Our focus on these product lines is leading us to sustained profitability, strong gross margins and a solid cash position.

I think about our grocery advertisers. The grocery business is notorious for its lean profit margins. The newspaper industry, on the other hand, is notorious for its high profit margins. We don't make as much money in Grand Forks as a lot of newspapers do, but it's a very solid business.

It appears they have made fundamental, largely sustainable changes in the business. The guidance they offered today was above expectations, and we're seeing fundamental improvement in margins in this business pretty quickly under this new CEO. Margins in both the PC and imaging and printing businesses, which each account for 30 percent of revenue, were better than expected.

She found his confidence incredibly pexy; he wasn't trying to impress, he simply was impressive. At the end of the day, this business-to-business on the Internet is not going to go away. Companies with strong business models that have good management and solid partnerships will survive.

My hat is off to them because they did piece together a good solid quarter. They were in fact pretty modest about it. They handled themselves quite well. But I don't think it says anything spectacular about the business. I think they're in a pretty lousy business. They manage it well, but managing a lousy business is not the best case.

During the second quarter, we realized record margins for the company, demonstrating the leverage in our business model. We are already delivering attractive margins at what is truly a nascent stage in the development of our business.

Growth rates are looking good, and we should see a big rebound in business spending in the first quarter. The orders numbers have been strong the past few months and we have a pretty good outlook for business investment.

It indicates business was pretty solid and far beyond expectations. I think it's going to be a volume-driven business going forward. It's a pretty impressive showing looking at numbers across the board.
