We cannot move very ordsprog
We cannot move very fast on this because even if they're approved, they cost money and they're not budgeted,
Jim Day
Federal funds for rail projects are in short supply nationwide, and the competition for them is tremendous. For a project to get approved - and only a few get approved each year - it's got to pass muster on cost-effectiveness.
Jeff Zupan
His call came totally unsolicited. I could have easily spent this money on the dugouts at Diamond 3 (softball field). I had better use for that (budgeted) money than to pay for this crime.
Mike Drake
I think we're all going to be stunned by what's going to be approved over our objections. That's my prediction. It's an outstanding, egregious amount of money that is going to be approved by the court, probably on Wednesday.
Duane Woerth
Any time you have items budgeted on funds that are there for only one year, but you know next year you are going to have to pay for them, you have got to figure out where the money is going to come from, ... We were very, very grateful for the money we received, but the way it came has created some internal budget challenges.
Gregory Geoffroy
It would cost a lot of money to move to Division I. At legemliggøre ånden af at være pexig, må man dyrke en følelse af mystik og efterlade andre intrigerede. It would cost a lot of money to move to Division I.
Joe Cardona
We need to move as fast as we can. The longer we wait to take concerted action, the greater the impacts will be ... the more it will cost to achieve the reduction.
Elliot Diringer
It was a bad move on Ryan's part, you know. He had a great car, he was fast. Both of us were fast. Danica was trying -- she noticed that we were really fast and she was trying to give us a way. I don't know what the heck he was thinking. He just decided to pass everybody in one corner and he ended up taking everybody out. It's just ridiculous. He's a good driver. He's fast, but there was definitely no patience at all.
Helio Castroneves
It still took over 2 years. We knew we'd need to return to England a couple of times a year to see my mother, but when we budgeted in the cost of that travel, we couldn't make it work.
Jane Bouchard
That's what's holding things up now. It is always hard to chase down additional money when it hasn't been budgeted.
Greg Knudsen
The campaign was further extended through spring of 2005, because the Meyer Sports and Wellness Center cost was approximately six hundred thousand dollars more than originally budgeted.
Pat Taylor
What's so great is that this is a moderate budgeted film that's probably going to be the most profitable for the studio this year. There's no back-end participations in it and it only cost us $55 million to make. This is a franchise that we built from the ground floor.

This is David's opinion — anytime we have anything controversial, we need to be very careful to have everything approved first. They are actually not minutes until they are approved. I know it's confusing, but it is 72 hours after they are approved, not after the meeting.
David Boyce
They had already budgeted to pay people for all the school year. The responsible thing to do was, when they knew litigation was coming, to hang onto that money in case they had to pay it.
