en It seems to be the pattern in the industry now to buy out smaller operators. This is just a normal course of the business.

en The industry is returning to a more normal growth pattern after the shocks that began in 2001.

en June was much cooler and wetter than normal. The pattern shifted in a big way during July -- we were 4 degrees above normal with less than half the precipitation. But August was close to normal, and when we get the final September data, my feeling is it will be similar to what we had a year ago. So again, that could mean a wetter year with more runoff. But again, that's only if you're looking at trends.

en Mobile operators are amongst the top advertisers everywhere in the region. In most markets you've got two, three or four operators that are desperately fighting each other for business. That's fueled a lot of marketing activity, perhaps more so than any other category in Asia in the past five years.

en I think it's a good gesture. The government is showing concern about the financial industry especially with some of the smaller brokers complaining about the lack of business.

en I think it's a phenomenal net plus for business travelers. We're going to have a smaller industry that by necessity means there won't be the frequency of flights and convenience for some people. But up through 2000, 90 percent of my time was spent on three issues -- skyrocketing business fares, gridlock at airports and worsening service levels. I think those three issues will be resolved over the next few years.

en The outlook for first quarter 2006 has been steadily improving and we are now seeing less than normal industry seasonality impact in our business.

en The inclusion of pilot controls has had the biggest impact on the industry in the last 24 months. Operator comfort becomes increasingly more important as businesses try to keep their best operators. With pilot controls, operators are less fatigued at the end of the day, and more productive as a result.

en The day was a normal day. So establishing that he had the normal business contacts, and that it appeared to be a routine business day, we think is important information for the jury to hear.

en If anything, a more likely trend is privatization among some of the smaller equipment operators.

en Although we think Magna is one of the best operators in the auto industry, with proprietary technology and a solid balance sheet, we believe that industry headwinds will keep a lid on results and the stock in the near-term.

en But it is the smaller cases of hacking on normal people and businesses that don't get given the same type of focus. If each and every cyber crime case were given the same amount of attention as this one, then the world would be a safer place for us normal users.

en This is very normal for bankruptcies ... (and) has nothing to do with the operation of the business at all, ... The industry still has a number of challenges, fuel costs chief among them, but we're pleased with our results.

en The operators in business now put every effort they possibly can into ensuring these aircraft are safe. If you look at this business, you could make the argument that, without the two structural failures, maintenance-wise, this business has been a very, very safe business.
