en We played in a lot of close games last year including an 11-10 double overtime loss to Army which made the NCAA Tournament. So we will start winning some of those close games. We have good kids that keep working hard and want to do their best.

en Lufkin and us have always played real close, but this one went into double overtime. The oxygen leaves your body. Lufkin played a real tough game.

en We played hard in our last district game. When you go to Catholic and get to double overtime that is good, but not getting a win never feels good. I am proud of the way they responded and how far they have come since day one this year.

en Our guys are tough. We've been battle-tested. We've had overtime games in the season, double-overtime games, so the close games really don't rattle us at this point.

en That was my first double-overtime match of the season. You're always tired going into double overtime. You've just got to give it that little extra and make sure you win it.

en We're just trying to recover from a hard-fought double-overtime game. It was one of those games really neither team lost. Both teams played winning basketball and we were fortunate to come away with a win.
