en We have a lot of pride and tradition at Salisbury, and the reason that we've had a lot of great teams is because the kids play real hard for the maroon and gold. en He is Mr. New Jersey. Scotty was a great player who was known around the league, and established in All-Star games and this and that. Dano is pure New Jersey.

en There is no real plan. We're more concerned with winning the race. This race is too difficult to say 'we're 100 percent working for this guy.' There are too many factors. We'd be happy with either scenario.

en Representing the U.S. in the Olympics is a dream come true, you're wearing the U.S. jersey, and that's who you play for, you don't play for the name on the back of the jersey, you play for the name on the front of the jersey.

en There are a lot of good teams there and just because you put on a Canadian jersey, it doesn't mean you're going to win. But that's the pride our country has. Those are the expectations and there's bitterness when you don't get it done. There's nothing else we wanted to do except win the gold medal. And a lot of countries, they just want to beat Canada. They played at a whole new level against us.

en He's such a great athlete that he's able to play other positions. He could play center, he could play left. Winning players always care about the name on the front of the jersey more than the name on the back of the jersey. I've had instances before in my career where star players have had to change positions. Players normally like the position that they're playing, and that's understandable. If we decided to move him, it'll be because it's in the best interest of the name on the front of the jersey.

en Everybody has to want it. You don?t have to have 10 years in the league to want to win. You have to have pride.
