Nick has played well. He was real conservative in the early going, which is to be expected, but he has played steadily and has improved nicely. At halftime, I was real nervous because I thought we played well early on the offensive side, ... Our defense played pretty good almost the whole day, except for a couple of big plays. But, we couldn't put anything away. Then, we had the blocked field goal again; it was a poor snap and a low kick. We are not making plays when we have to. And that is basically what the whole game boils down to. We had the opportunity to make plays and nobody stepped up and made them.

Really, our whole back end (Cory Carlson, Andrew Rhodes, Devin Foil) has played really well. Two players helped us early - Nick Ray and Cain Webber.

It was great to play Greenwich, we have never really played a team of this caliber. We've played some good teams, but nothing really close to this. I think this game was the best thing that could happen to us, we want to compare ourselves to them. Offensively, we played pretty well. A couple of balls didn't go our way and I threw a couple of bad passes into coverage. Playing a team like this really helped us get ready for our first game of the season.

Nick is getting better and better with each game he plays. He's been out of basketball a couple of years and he's starting to get some of his old habits back. He played another great game for us and we expect great things from him in the future.

He's a tough kid and a real good player, ... He made a couple of key plays on offense, a couple of key plays on defense. He played well tonight.

They hit a couple of those plays early when we were in blitz coverage and we turned it back up and played zone. They're good at what they do. They found seams and Plummer, obviously, was very hot in the first half.

This game was symbolic of how we played the last four years. We were down early, but kept fighting back and played courageous. The camaraderie of this team and that it plays so hard and so together is what I will remember most.
