There are a number of folks who choose to be uninsured. I think it reaches that demographic. Nobody was going after this segment until these products came out.

If you look from 1992 to 1997, we've really reduced the number of car models from more than 100 to about 81. Our strategy is to have the right number of products. Segment the brands better. This plan is particularly helpful to lower- and low-middle income uninsured folks. What's less clear is its assistance to more middle income uninsured.

Who's most likely to buy our products, who's least likely to buy them and who's up for grabs. This has given us a much deeper insight than we've ever had before using traditional demographic or vehicle segment-based models. One of the most important findings from this research is that there remains a huge market for American cars in this country. And the potential is significantly larger than the roughly 55 percent market share than GM, Ford and Chrysler together command today.

This is definitely moving their products into a different segment. The product is targeted at a pretty good segment of the PC market right now.

Toyota tends to have more products in each segment. Honda goes much slower -- for example, it's not in pickups at all. But they watch and when they execute a product, they do it almost flawlessly so they immediately have a leader in the segment.

Our acquisition of Valley Fresh further strengthens the portfolio within our Grocery Products business segment. This healthy and convenient line of products is on-trend with today's consumer and we are excited about the growth opportunity within this category. My sense is that we have a lot of (uninsured) folks out here who would take advantage of it.

After we gain a significant base we will launch premium services where each segment will be able to choose its own services. There will be specific services for every segment, like lawyers, doctors, parents etc.

We have a segment of the student population who have really responded very positively. They come and they've really done a nice job. But they represent still too small a number of the total segment of students that we need. We just need to have more numbers.

The importance of the findings is that the number of uninsured children is a reasonable number that we are in a position to fully cover.
