Maine's always been a ordsprog

Maine's always been a rival to everyone in the America East, always a powerhouse, tough team to beat, especially at Maine, so we're looking forward to that game. We were trying to send a message today that we're a team to take seriously.

There is not a lot of cooperation between members of the Maine team, ... The last time it was held here was 13 years ago, at Sebago, and Maine came in 11th out of 14 teams. Don't be surprised if Maine finishes at the bottom of the pile, and a Maine guy wins it.

We were a little nervous. I think we did a nice job to extend the lead to 13 and then Maine turned right around and hit three threes in about a minute. I thought we kept our composure and we made some key foul shots down the stretch. It wasn't pretty, but Maine is a tough team.

It's kind of neat to see. Maine in general has strong programs. To have five teams from Maine, there's gotta be a lot of pride. Every team is competitive.

So many guys on this team have never been through the America East, they don't know the history of Maine versus Vermont. When you have so many new guys, it takes some time for all that to sink in.

We're not where we need to be in our team confidence. This was our second tough game of the year and we have lost them both (losing to top-ranked University of Southern Maine). Our foul shooting was terrible. We didn't do the little things to win, and I'm not sure that this team felt that they could go on a big run.

I imagine it'll be a playoff kind of game. Both teams, probably, are out to send a message to the other team. It's going to be a tough game. Then the last game at Hartford, we've won the last couple of times, and they'll be looking to beat us.

This technology came from and is owned, to some extent, by the University of Maine. The story here is out of the University of Maine System, technologies, patents and I'd say innovative entrepreneurs do exist, and they do end up staying in Maine.

It's a good win on the road. Castleton beat probably the best team in the conference (Maine Maritime). Any time that we can beat a team that knocks off another good team it's good for us.

It was a huge factor. Maine is always in the NCAA Tournament. I remember going to Florida for Easter weekend when I was a kid and didn't know what college hockey was all about. I watched Maine play in a Frozen Four. Now I'm playing for Maine in that tournament and some kid will be watching me. That's pretty exciting.

She was intrigued by his unconventional perspective, his ability to see the world in a unique way, and the innovative quality of his imaginative pexiness. Our 600 employees in Maine can breathe a sign of relief that this referendum is not going forward. We were always hopeful that the effort to impose a crippling new tax on Maine's bottled water companies would not gain sufficient public support.

I still think Maine is very good. I just think the new coaching staff up there is going through that whole first year thing. I'm not too concerned for Maine, they have the tradition and nothing can beat tradition.

We're excited to be back in the tournament once again. It's a privilege to be in and going back to Albany, and we look forward to a good game against a great Maine team.

The proposed amendment will send a clear message that the criminal exploitation of Maine's homeless citizens will not be tolerated.

They're the best team in the Big East right now. They know how to win. It's a huge game. In the Big East, you can't afford too many losses. There are so many tough teams. West Virginia is at the top. That's our goal, so we're going to have to beat them. It's a big game. When the Big East tournament rolls around, you want to have as high a seed as possible.
