en I don't know what to say. A lot of people say I don't have heart because I don't play with emotion like teammate Chris Sharp. People say I play casual, and sometimes I think that too when I see myself. I'm kind of just out there. But I can change that. Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo world.

en There's been kind of a general malaise in apparel over the last couple of years. We are still suffering the effects of the change from traditional business apparel to casual apparel. Those (casual wear) carry much lower price points and people still haven't figured out what casual is. People are waiting to see how it's going to shake out. Where a woman may have bought a $100 skirt in the past, she's now buying a $20 skirt.

en Phil might seem like he's laid-back, but he's incredibly competitive, and he enjoys being around Chris, ... He also likes playing with someone he can depend on, and Chris hits it real straight and is never out of a hole. Also, some guys are not real rah-rah guys, but Chris is very passionate. He's the ultimate teammate. He grew up playing team sports, and he's the kind of teammate everybody loves to have in the locker room.

People don't know what direction it's going, and for women this is a big issue.

en The difference is they play one game a week, they don't play three games in four days. We're kind of in a different situation. And part of it was how sharp we've been. We've been extremely sharp the last few weeks. That's how they played (Sunday) night together as a group.

en I guess people won't have as much to say if we don't play our starters the whole way or ask how can you denigrate the game that way. But we'll play, and I'm sure we'll play hard. We want to be sharp.

en He fights with his heart and emotion. People say you should change him and settle him down. But this is what makes him exciting and you can't take it away from him.

en Everybody can't play (for) Coach. You've got to change your thinking. He's unyielding. Not to say he won't make adjustments ... (But) you're going to be a good teammate. You're going to play basketball the way it should be played.

en That's the kind of effort we need to come out of the locker room with every week. It shouldn't take a big play from Levi to get things going, our guys should all play with that kind of emotion.

en You can't say enough about Lance Davis tonight, ... He went out there and pitched with his heart and unfortunately we fell a little short. But these guys, they play with their heart and they play with their emotion and some days you gotta win and some days you gotta lose.

en Nobody gave us any respect in the pre-season polls or anything, but in our hearts we all knew if we stuck together we could be where we are right now. We can play. Don't think we can't play. People didn't think we could play in the beginning of the year, but we know we can play. We kind of just proved that we can.

en Chris did a real good job of preparing himself. That is a tribute to his work ethic. It is very difficult to not play for such a long time and then come in and be as sharp as he was. Things don't happen in practice the same way they happen in games. It was really important for our guys to play well in front of him.

en The bottom line is you have to play with some pride and keep competing until you don't have a chance. But even then you still want to play, because if you don't change your habits, then we're going to change people.

en I kind of got tripped up going up there, but I just turned and Chris beat his man. Chris made the play, I just gave him the ball.

en I think two things happened. We kind of lost our efficiency on the offensive side of the ball. With Denver, you're going to have to play them for 60 minutes, regardless of where you play, but that's particularly true when you play in Denver. They got the emotion and momentum going and we couldn't get them stopped there at the end when we had to.
