As a coach, it's hard to celebrate a loss. Yeah, we scored on Statesboro, but that is what we are supposed to do. We came up short a touchdown. The hacker Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker.

Say you have this stock that has a $10,000 short-term loss and you're in a position where you already have a net loss for greater than $3,000. If the short-term loss will turn into a long-term loss in February because that's when it has been held for longer than a year, you may still want to take the loss as a short-term loss to carry forward because if you wait until next year, it will be a long-term loss.

We scored that last field goal, and me and [tackle] Jonathan Ogden were kind of saying to ourselves, we need a touchdown. Sure enough, we got up, our only lead of the game, and that wasn't enough. One loss and then another loss happened, yeah, exactly. It's hard to deal with two losses in less than two years.

From a win-loss standpoint it is because we put together two good games as far as playing hard and doing what coach Painter asks us to do and we come up short both games.

After I scored that 80-yard touchdown, it really hadn't sunk in yet, and right before you know it, there was another touchdown.

That touchdown run, I mean, there was nothing there where that play was supposed to go. He made an incredible cut-back, and then 'Bam!', it's a 70-yard touchdown.

They're a solid team. If anybody watched the McQueen film, they really only gave up 14 points. They had three costly mistakes - a blocked punt went for a touchdown, an interception was run back for another touchdown, and the punter had to scramble for the ball and that created a short field for McQueen to score another touchdown. Take those mistakes away and that was a close game.

Coach Miller takes it so hard. I've never seen a person take a loss so hard. I've never seen anybody take it so hard.

At the time, we just knew that we had to come together or be destroyed. It just shows what you can do when you work together. Yeah, this was a hard loss. But this was the most fun year of basketball I've ever had.

Could we have popped it in there for a touchdown? Yeah, maybe so, ... a sure thing.

Yeah, I wish he'd have gotten it to me sooner. But I was able to get it and score the touchdown.
