We used Jimmy Nill's advice on all the young guys because I don't know the young guys, and then we tried to get the guys who played in the national league and played on our team to be as competitive a group as we possibly could be, with leadership in all groups.

Aside from being this franchise's all-time best player on the ice, Ron has been an example of class and dedication throughout his brilliant career to his teammates and in the communities where he has played.

That has been part of our success so far this season. When we put things together, we do well.
