Five years ago juveniles were being tried for shoplifting, now we have murders, breaking out car windows ... it all ties into gang activity. Six to eight months ago, a juvenile I represented said he wanted to be in a gang, so he robbed an elderly woman.

We are very much aware of the potential for gang activity here. So far we haven't seen any evidence of gang participation in the juvenile system.

Our police department keeps a pretty close watch with their gang-intervention officers, and the police chief (John Blackburn) said we have not seen an increase in gang activity. Kids still fight like they do anywhere in the country, but that doesn't mean it's a gang-related issue.

Thanks to the citizen's tip and the surveillance of our Gang Unit, nine guns were taken off the streets Saturday night and will not be used in any further street crime. Specialized Investigations Division detectives are working diligently to investigate gang activity and are letting members know that their criminal activity will not be tolerated.

As we crack down on gang activity, we have to often deal with the hiding places, houses where illegal activity is occurring. Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection.
