When the idea of an emergency operations center came up, we decided to ask the state if we could keep that building. They didn't have any particular plan for it, and it works perfectly for our need.

Probably the most important thing in developing an emergency plan for the agricultural operation is to include the family and employees in the process. For example, during the Orange Alert following the London bombings, the county's Homeland Security Office and Emergency Operations Center went on 24-hour operations for all commuter transportation.
